U.S. Orders
Please note that our logistics center is operating as normally as possible under the new COVID-19 health and safety measures. We appreciate your patience and understanding, as our processing times and refunds may be delayed.
Shipment Value
The shipping value will be calculated upon completion of your order. Worldwide shipping is also available and costs will be calculated during checkout.
Taxes and Duties
As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to clear your order from customs upon arrival. This will be assumed for shipments, exchanges or returns.
Processing and delivery times
All deliveries can be expected to arrive within 10 to 15 business days from the time of shipment, the destination may vary on the delivery times of your order. In case of a piece in PRE - ORDER it may take up to 35 business days to be delivered and shipped to its destination. Please take into account the transit times of your carrier.
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately to your designated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at ventas@wayabags.com.
In the event of delayed processing times, you will be notified by email.
Our carrier is Coordinadora. Once your package has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your designated email address. You can track your package by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure that your delivery address is taken care of. We recommend providing a business address when possible, or another address where someone can sign for the delivery between 9 a.m. AND 6 p.m.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarding agencies. Orders to P.O. boxes or forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Please note that orders for multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. This will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.

If your order has already been processed, WAYA BGS is not responsible for incorrect data entered. However, our regular return process is available.
Shipments that are refused by the recipient will result in the customer incurring re-routing fees. In the event that a shipment is refused by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
WAYA BAGS reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
